The beautiful gardens at RHS Rosemoor are just a short drive away, whilst the stunning sandy beaches of Bude and Westward Ho! are both to be found within a thirty minute drive. This spacious but cosy barn conversion property offers single storey accommodation sleeping four, and is accessed via a concrete ramp, leading to the front door, which opens directly into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is a relaxing space, with two reclining sofas, and a TV/DVD. Behind this area, the spacious kitchen/diner has a dining table and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property s two bedrooms are both restful, light, and airy rooms, the first of which, a king size room, benefits from an en suite shower and WC. The second room is a delightful twin room, which has its own TV, making it great for children who may enjoy the treat of watching TV from their beds first thing in the morning.
