Beach 7 miles, pub, restaurant and shop within walking distance. Bike hire available nearby. Short breaks are only available November to March. Regret no children. Minimum stay of 3 nights .

This small port offers a mix of bistros, inns, restaurants and independent stores. The lovely town of Padstow is nearby, a great place for restaurants and home to the popular Christmas Festival. Other local attractions include the surfing paradise of Polzeath, many National Trust properties, Pencarrow House, Bodmin Steam Railway, golf at St Kew, Go Karting, the Eden Project and many fabulous local beaches like Bedruthan Steps and Watergate Bay. On entering this beautifully refurbished cottage you will find yourself in the attractively designed lounge/kitchen/dining area. Here you can relax in the comfortable and inviting lounge, which includes a 2 seater reclining sofa and reclining chair, snuggled up in front of the cosy wood burner whilst watching the TV/DVD. Moving along you will see the snug dining area, ideal whether you re grabbing a snack or enjoying a big meal, for which the functional and attractive kitchen area is fully equipped: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer are all at your disposal. The stairs lead directly from the lounge to the spacious and comfy king size bedroom, which is complete with seating area, TV and en suite bathroom with roll top bath, shower and WC. Heading back outside, you will find a lovely enclosed garden area where you can enjoy the delightful river views. There is also a lockable cycle shed, BBQ, fire pit, zero gravity sun loungers and furniture. There is off road parking available..
