Elevated lawn area with small patio and seating, approached by steps leading from the driveway with additional raised decked ''lookout'' . Smart TV. Ample off road parking. Cream tea upon arrival. Beach 4 miles, pub and shop 1.5 miles. 1 small dog welcome during 2022. Sorry, no dogs allowed from 2023. Outdoor tap available for muddy paws and boots. 1 of 2 properties which both share the driveway with the owners. Electric car charging available. Regret no infants or children.
