Set across one floor, this property is stylish, spacious and bright. The open plan living area is relaxing and perfect for down time with a 47 TV and Sky Box, great for cosying up and catching a movie. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a family feast and you can socialise and catch up over the dining table. There is a handy utility room with room to store buggies and where washing essentials can be found. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and en suite with a large shower and WC. There are a further two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds. The family bathroom features a bath with shower over and WC. A travel cot is available for babies if required. Outside the property benefits from a large fully enclosed garden, great for basking in the sun and a patio area with furniture for outdoor dining on warmer evenings. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of space for kayaks / dingy trailer parking two. If you are bring surfboards, bikes or wet suites, these may be stored in the garage by prior arrangement for the owners and you ll find free parking on the street outside the property..
