Accommodation Details
4 bedrooms: 2 double and 2 twin rooms. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC, shower room with WC. Shared BBQ area with picnic tables and garden chairs. Private, gravelled, enclosed area to the front of the cottage. Shared children s play area, with swings, slides, football goal posts and swing ball set. TV/DVD. Electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Shared utility room: with coin operated washing machines and tumble dryer. Outdoor 40ft swimming pool heated during the main summer period (the last May Bank Holiday week until 1st September). Secure storage for bikes and surfboards etc.. Surrounding the complex are 15 acres of communal farmland. Car park with allocated spaces. Travel cot available. Highchair available. 8 other cottages on site. Pub/restaurant next door, beach and shops within walking distance. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on site and are not permitted in the pool area. Please note, the private enclosed garden can not be guaranteed dog secure. The outdoor pool will be available on a booking/rota system. Picnic tables, BBQ area and outdoor play areas will be open (only when social distancing can be adhered to). The laundry facilities are open, but will remain locked and guests will be given access after requesting the key from the owner who will disinfect once guests are finished..

On entering this lovely cottage you will find yourself in the welcoming lounge where you can relax at the end of the day with the TV/DVD. Heading into the kitchen/diner you will find everything you may need including electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Going up to the first floor you will find two comfy bedrooms: one double and one twin. There is also a shower room complete with WC. Moving up to the second floor there are two more bedrooms: a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC. Stepping back outside to the front of the cottage you will find a private, enclosed gravelled area or you can relax in the shared BBQ area with picnic tables and garden chairs. The cottage is part of a complex of properties which share the outdoor 40ft swimming pool with seating, which is heated through the main summer months (from the last May Bank Holiday week until the 1st September only). There is also a communal children s play area, with swings, slides, football goal posts and swing ball set. (bats and football provided) Car parking space is allocated, and secure storage is available for bikes and surfboards etc. There is also a shared utility room with coin operated commercial washing machines and tumble dryer. Surrounding the complex are 15 acres of working farmland with access to public footpaths where you can walk the dog (on lead due to cattle) or just simply admire the stunning countryside and coastline.
