3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 twin zip and link which can be made up as a super king size by request at time of booking and 1 single bed with an additional bed if required in the single room suitable for children. 1 downstairs shower room and 1 large upstairs bathroom. Induction oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Open fire in upstairs lounge. Free secure off road parking for one or two medium sized cars. Regret no smoking, events or parties. Dog bed and bowls available.. 0.7miles to Hastings Old Town, and next to Hastings Country Park. 2 TVs one of which is a Smart TV, DVD player. Range of board games. 2 courtyard gardens with outdoor seating. Near to the Blue Flag Pelham beach in Hastings. Caution needs to be taken with the external stairs and cobbled surfaces, especially in wet weather.. Due to the stairs, the entrance to the property is not wheelchair accessible.

The entrance to this house opens into the kitchen, which has been beautifully decorated in a contemporary yet rustic style. Here you ll find an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. Next, a spacious dining room features a wooden dining table and comfortable sofa, with its own TV. There is a downstairs zip and link room that can work as a super king size bed or a twin, which has access to its own downstairs shower room off the kitchen. The lounge is located on the first floor and features two comfortable sofas, beautiful Regency windows, AV equipment and an open fire for cosy evenings in. There is a sunny bedroom with a super king size bed, pretty bedside tables and views towards West Hill through stunning arched windows. A further bedroom suitable for children has a single bed. ( A further bed is available in this room on request suitable) The spacious bathroom has a shower cubicle, bath with shower over, WC and a large sash window to allow in plenty of natural light. Outside, a small courtyard area has garden furniture, the perfect spot to while away summer evenings. There is a second larger courtyard with additional outdoor seating, and secure off road parking for up to two medium size cars..
