The apartment opens into a spacious lounge/diner, which has been decorated with soft pastels, comfortable leather sofas and pretty seascapes. The large solid oak dining table seats six, while the Juliet balcony and feature floor to ceiling windows flood the room with plenty of natural light. The kitchen has oak units, an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The master bedroom has built in tripe wardrobes, a chest of drawers and king sized double bed. There is also a DAB radio and TV in this room, ideal for a lazy morning in bed. The second bedroom has two zip link beds that can join to form another king sized bed. The bedrooms share a clean and bright bathroom with an overhead power shower. Outside, there is a small, secure fully enclosed decked garden. This has been built with tall fences for ultimate privacy and is a fantastic secluded spot for enjoying a summer BBQ after a long day at the beach or a morning coffee while planning the day ahead..
