Conveniently positioned to offer direct walking access on to Dartmoor National Park and only a short drive from the charming South Devon stannary town of Ashburton, which hosts an excellent range of local shops and facilities. Within easy access from the property, many recreational amenities are available, such as golf, horse riding, fishing or enjoy a tour of one of the counties vineyards. Devon has much to offer any visitor, thanks to its Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This magnificent barn with exposed beams and oak flooring is accessed via sliding patio doors which lead you directly into the superb open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and cinema area. The lounge area with TV and Blue Ray is perfect for relaxing in the evening after a meal at the large family dining table which comfortably seats 14. The elegantly designed kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including two electric multifunction ovens and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and an American style fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser. Moving away from the lounge and dining area towards the other end of the barn you have a games area where you can enjoy snooker, air hockey, table tennis and a range of board games. Beyond the games room is a fantastic cinema area with sofas, large projection screen and hook up for guests own games consoles. Separating the cinema area from the super king size bedroom, with additional single bed, is a unique styled storage divider which houses a large selection of DVD's. This room also has a decorative encased water wheel with workings and an en suite shower and WC. There is also a separate WC on this level as well as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading down stairs and along an impressive glass fronted corridor you will find three additional bedrooms. One triple bedroom with three single beds and en suite shower and WC, a super king size bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC and a super king size bedroom with en suite shower and WC.
