Venture further afield and you ll discover many local attractions including Dartmoor, Exmoor, Lynton and Lynmouth to the north, Exmouth and Sidmouth to the south and the lovely beaches of Bude and Widemouth to the west. The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, coarse fishing at Stafford Moor, and Dartington Crystal are also a short drive. Cyclists and walkers are both well catered for with the famous Tarka Trail also within easy reach. Enter the property into the welcoming medieval entrance hall. The large farmhouse kitchen offers a feature Rayburn, range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and a dining room table. There is a separate utility room which houses a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. This large property benefits from two lounges, the first of which is accessed via a step up and offers a TV, DVD, cosy wood burner and patio doors into the garden.
