Bed linen and towels included. Ample parking. Regret no smoking. Communal games barn with table tennis, table football, mini pool table and dartboard. Books and DVDs can also be used.. Beach 20 miles, farm shop with restaurant 5 miles and pub 2 miles. Supermarket delivery available, please let the owner know prior to arrival. Complex of properties. Secure storage for cycles. TV/DVD in lounge, and TV/DVD's in all bedroom. Charcoal BBQ. The communal facilities will require social distancing. Use of the games room will be for one family at a time. Plymouth and Exeter are both easily accessible, as is Launceston, with its castle, the ancient capital of Cornwall. Golf, cycle paths and riding can be found locally and fishing, sailing and other activities can be found at nearby Roadford Lake. There is also another handy bathroom on this floor with bath and WC. Heading outside you can enjoy a good sized enclosed garden , garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Dog walking field adjacent and off road parking for up to four cars.
