Table tennis and pool table in the communal games room. Open air cafe Thursday to Sunday. Private Hot tub. Free fishing available in the adjacent lake or nearby river. Electric included. Ample parking. If you are looking to charge electric vehicles please arrange this with the owner as a charge will be applicable to pay directly. Wi Fi available. Regret no smoking. Dogs not allowed upstairs. Unenclosed garden but dogs safe on a lead in communal area. Field available for dogs to run free. Less than a mile to Clifton on Teme with shop, post office and pubs.

Take a day trip to Worcester to discover the selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and the striking mixture of architecture. Keen fishermen can enjoy fishing in the lakes and along the River Teme by arrangement with the owners, whilst other nearby attractions include the Severn Valley Railway, West Midlands Safari Park or Spetchley Gardens. The property is located on a hill overlooking the farm below, and on arrival the large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the first room entered. The lounge area has comfortable soft furnishings and a TV, so you can take a seat and enjoy some shows after a long day exploring. The kitchen comprises of all the equipment you could need during your stay, including an electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave and a dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom, complete with an en suite shower room with WC. On the first floor, you will find a spacious double bedroom with 5ft bed, another twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is a veranda with garden furniture for enjoying a drink in the sunshine or relax in the private hot tub, plus a roomy garden for the kids to play. Try a game of table tennis in the communal games room. Visit the Apple Box open air cafe from Thursday to Sunday for a delicious cream tea. Ample off road parking..
