Also suitable for surfing are Trebarwith (3 miles), Polzeath (6 miles) and Daymer Bay. Boat trips and sea fishing from Port Isaac (3 miles via Port Gaverne) and Padstow and coarse fishing at Crowdy Reservoir and Delabole, which also has the slate quarry (the largest man made hole in the UK) and the Wind Turbine Centre. Golf at Bowood Park, Camelford and St Kew Highway. Pony trekking at Davidstow and on to the moor. Pick your own fruit and buy delicious desserts and homemade ice cream at nearby St Endellion.
