Enter the property into a large hall, where you will find two downstairs bedrooms, one double and one twin. Further along the hall is a lounge with wood burner, comfy chairs, a sofa and a TV. There is a small dining room in the downstairs roundel room with a table and chairs for six people, and located off of the dining room is a kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and a small breakfast table. Also on the ground floor is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a downstairs WC, and a downstairs bathroom with a bath, large walk in shower and WC. Upstairs, there is a large open plan lounge/diner which has fantastic countryside views across the gardens and beyond to the Brede Valley. There is an open fire, two large sofas, a TV & DVD player, and a formal dining table that seats ten guests. The kitchen is located in the upstairs roundel room and has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen table comfortably seats four, and is perfect for meals when you don t want to use the formal dining area. There are also two large double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and two separate bathrooms, both containing shower over bath and WC. Patio doors in the downstairs lounge lead out onto the large patio area. The property s garden is stunning with views across to the private woodland which guests are allowed to use. The patio area has a table and chairs for 10 people and a large charcoal BBQ. There is a large lawn area perfect for children to run around and guests also have access to the owners tennis court (please bring your own rackets). There is parking for five cars..
