Regret No Smoking. 2 dogs welcome (3 if they are small dogs terrier size maximum). Dogs are only permitted on the ground floor. The door to the stairs must be closed at all times. . Beach, shops and pubs within walking distance. Smart TV. The local harbour is right on the doorstep of this property. Located next door to Sandy Lane.

Further afield you have local attractions including the picturesque coastal village of Woolacombe which boast a three mile long golden sand beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. As well as National Trust's Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. When entering the property you have the kitchen/diner to your left and to your right the lounge area. Entering the lounge area where you can relax in the huge corner sofa and take in the glance views of the harbour or sit back and relax and put on the wood burner effect electric fire whilst watching a movie. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal there is a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. From the kitchen area you access the spiral staircase with a low ceiling to the first floor area, where you will find one bedroom, a king size boasting sea views and showroom with, shower and WC. Leading off the first floor area is a second spiral stair case leading up to the second floor which has a twin room boasting sea views and bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Parking is available in public car parks within 50 meters of the property (charges apply) and weekly car parking permits are available via North Devon Council (charges apply)..
