Just a short drive away, visit Westward Ho!, with two miles of golden sands. The nearby town of Bideford also offers shops, pubs, restaurants and day trips to Lundy Island. On entering the grade II listed barn, you will be greeted by a large open plan kitchen/diner, it s not only stylish but well equipped with granite worktops, a electric range oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The utility area has a washing machine. The dining area has plenty of space for dining, or relax on the sofas and window seat while listening to the music system or playing board games. There are a couple of shallow steps that lead down to a large super king size with large built in wardrobes and TV/DVD. There is a large bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a wet room with shower and WC. Heading up the oak staircase to the large lounge area with wood burner, comfy sofas, TV/DVD and superb views across the river. Also a further bedroom can be found on this floor, which is a double with exposed beams and country views and a separate shower room with shower and WC.
