Guests will immediately get a sense of just how special this property is, as soon as they enter the grand hallway with its imposing staircase leading up to the apartment on the first floor. The main living space in the apartment itself is a stunning lounge/kitchen/diner with large bay window affording spectacular views across the countryside to the mountains. There is plentiful seating here and a 40" Full HD Smart LED TV with built in Freeview, DVD, CD, and DAB radio. At the other end of this space, a lovely open fire can be found in the kitchen area, for which fuel is provided. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, as well as a dining table for enjoying family meals. The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, chandelier, Smart TV, and en suite shower room with WC, but most impressive here are the panoramic views to Lake Windermere, surely one of the most fantastic views to wake up to in the region. There are two further bedrooms: a twin room which can be made up as a super king size (if requested at time of booking), thanks to its zip and link beds, and an attractive single room which is located in the house s tower. The spacious bathroom has a bath with handheld shower and WC. Outside there are extensive shared landscaped gardens with plenty of space to relax and, again, stunning views.
