Both Lake Windermere and Coniston Water are within a twenty minute drive of the property, both offering visitors opportunities to take to the water. There are plentiful scenic walks in the area, as well as more challenging hikes and climbs. Two steps lead up to the front door of this property, which opens onto a hallway, off from which a door opens onto the lounge. This is a tastefully decorated room, with a bay window overlooking the neighbouring field, a cosy wood burner, Smart TV and DVD. To the rear of the property, the spacious dining room is a relaxing space in which to linger over family meals, with a dining table seating six, another wood burner, and shelving unit which is well stocked with games and books. French windows open onto the patio garden, allowing guests to open up this space during the warmer months.
