Further afield, there are many beaches, seaside towns and fishing villages to explore, including Dartmouth and Blackpool Sands. Plymouth with its Hoe and waterfront Barbican complex is around a 45 minute drive away and offers a wide range of shops, a historic waterfront, and a wide range of eateries. This 1930s property is ideal for those who like to be close to the sea whilst enjoying a quiet and peaceful location. The lounge area comfortably seats four and has a TV and DVD. A door from here leads through to the kitchen/diner, a light filled space with large sliding doors which open out onto the decked seating area overlooking the garden. The large dining table sits in front of these doors, whilst the kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, whilst there is also a convenient ground floor WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
