A particularly special trip to take from Bideford is the boat ride across to Lundy Island, a three mile wide haven for wildlife managed by the National Trust. This beautiful apartment one of twenty eight in this contemporary seafront block. The main living area is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which enjoys stunning sea views. Here guests will find a Smart TV, Sky TV package with sports, children s movie and knowledge channels and BT Sport channels 1 and 2. There s also a selection of books and games for guests to enjoy. Large glass doors from this area open onto the impressive balcony. The dining table seats six, and beyond which the is the kitchen area which is well equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, whilst the freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are kept in the separate adjacent utility room. The master bedroom is a spacious room with super king size bed and floor to ceiling doors opening out onto the balcony. This room also benefits from an en suite shower room with underfloor heating, heated towel rails and WC. The remaining two bedrooms are a single and twin respectively. The main bathroom has a bath with handheld shower, WC, heated towel rails and underfloor heating. To the front of the property, leading off from the living area and the main bedroom is a stunning 30 balcony with table and chairs, which has uninterrupted views of the sea, across the bay to Lundy.
