The table is perfectly positioned to enjoy a coffee whilst checking the recipe in the cookery book or on the TV. There s lots of room in the utility area with washing machine, dishwasher and access to the rear paved garden with washing line perfect for your wetsuits after a day in the sea. Carry on up to the second floor to another king size with fabulous aspect views of each beach and two lovely twin bedrooms, each with their own style, featuring sea and estuary views. Heading outside, the garden has been creatively designed with established borders, specimen tropical plants, a wildlife pond and decedent wide steps leading you to the top terrace with the hot tub, and fabulous views over the town and towards the sea and mountains.
