The historic market town of Rye is only two miles away and is perfect for exploring local antique shops, and sampling the many tea rooms. For the perfect summer s day head to the stunning sandy beach at Camber Sands perfect for building sandcastles and paddling. The front door of this cottage opens into a spacious hallway with space for dropping off shoes and buckets and spades. A door leads into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is bursting with contemporary charm. A large comfortable sofa and wing back armchair offer a comfortable place to sit and while away the afternoon listening to vinyl music on the vintage record player and a TV/DVD ensures the whole family is entertained. A dining table and four chairs overlook the garden and the well equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a king size and a twin. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.
