Heading outside, at the back of the property the raised patio has table, chairs and charcoal BBQ and is perfect for alfresco dining. Walk down the steps from the patio to the large lawn, enjoy a ball game or just relax and embrace the mountain views. To the front of the property you can cross the quiet lane and walk up the grassy bank to the sandy beach and sea. There is private off road parking for two cars at the property and additional parking available in the public car park 200 yards walk.
