There are many National Trust properties nearby, including the Killerton Estate. The town of Tiverton offers a pretty canal with boat trips, regular markets and on rainy days take the family to The Wall in the Hall indoor climbing centre. You will also be ideally placed to explore the historic cathedral city of Exeter which boasts a wide selection of shops and places to eat. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this location, with the coast within a 40 minute drive. Set on the owners ground and attached to the owners property, yet privacy is ensured is this well planned and spacious property.
