The town of Fowey is situated eleven miles to the south of the property, where visitors can enjoy a stroll along the esplanade looking out across the pretty harbour, browse the independent boutiques and have lunch in one of the numerous bistros, restaurants, and cafes. Many other interesting harbour villages and seaside town are also within easy reach. This tastefully converted property is a wonderful place for a holiday, with its comfortable and well appointed accommodation. The ground floor of the property has slate flooring and exposed beams throughout, while the lounge has a TV/DVD which guests can watch from the sofas. The spacious kitchen/diner has space to comfortably seat four at the dining table and is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer section, dishwasher, Nescafe coffee machine, washing machine and CD player/radio. The property s two bedrooms both benefit from their own en suite shower rooms with WC. The first is a double room, while the second is a twin.
