Brixham has an interesting array of restaurants, many of which specialise in locally caught seafood. Those with an interest in history will enjoy jumping on board the town s replica of the Golden Hind, or learning about the area s chequered history by following the eye opening Blackbeard s Trail. This spacious property, situated in an enviable location overlooking Brixham Marina, makes a wonderful place for a holiday on the beautiful English Riviera. Entering on the lower ground floor, guests will find the convenient utility room, where the washing machine and tumble dryer are kept. Continuing to the first floor, guests will find themselves in the kitchen which is overlooking the garden to the rear of the property, and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. The dining room is located just off the kitchen and offers space for six to enjoy meals together. Follow through to the comfortable lounge with its large bay window affording views across the harbour. For those who are able to drag themselves away from watching the fascinating comings and goings of the boats, a TV/DVD can be found here. One of the bedrooms is also located on the first floor, a pleasant double room with garden views. The shower room on this floor benefits from under floor heating, a walk in shower, and WC. The master bedroom, with its king size bed and stunning sea views can be found on the second floor, where the third bedroom, a twin room, is also located.
