There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However, alternative parking is available in local carparks..

With a fascinating history of pirates and smugglers, there is much to discover in this charming seaside town, and in its neighbouring coastal destinations such as Torquay and Paignton. Arranged in a reverse level style to benefit from the views, two bedrooms are located on the entrance level of the property. Here there is one double and one twin bedroom, each with a wardrobe, bedside tables and chests of drawers. A cloakroom is located on this floor or taking the cottage style stairs lead down from this level to the family bathroom with shower over bath, which has been recently decorated with a nautical theme.
