Private, south facing enclosed garden with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Private parking for 4 5 cars. Beach 3.5 miles, shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles. Help feed the chickens, ducks and other animals and collect freshly laid eggs with the owner's supervision. All 3 night short breaks between 1st November and 1st April are charged at 90% of the full weekly cost.

A warm welcome awaits you on arrival, but privacy is assured. The property lies equidistant between the long expanses of sandy beach at Weston Super Mare, Burnham on Sea and Brean all of which are within 8 miles and have generous sandy stretches. There is also a cycle path taking you from Lympsham to Brean Down. You ll also be within easy reach of family attractions including the Brean Leisure Centre with fun activities for all the family, and Brean Splash with full size swimming pool and water slides. For the young animal lovers, Animal Farm and Puxton Park are both close just a few miles and not forgetting Weston Super Mare's famous Grand Pier just 3.5 miles away, with state of the art experiences for everyone. A little further away, the property is ideally situated for many of Somerset's finest tourist attractions such as the spectacular Cheddar Gorge, Caves and Cheesemaking Factory just 12 miles away, Wookey Hole and Glastonbury Tor and Glastonbury Abbey ruins. From the pretty landscaped garden, enter the property via the open plan kitchen/diner, a lovely sociable space to entertain, celebrate or simply rustle up a laid back evening meal. The kitchen is really well equipped and also has a breakfast bar and dining table and chairs to seat eight guests. From here, enter the lobby area to your left and you ll find a WC as well as a useful utility room, with appliances, storage and room for hanging coats. You ll also find a downstairs shower room as well as a double bedroom, large, comfortable lounge where you can cosy up and watch the flames flicker in the wood burner whilst snuggling down in front of the Smart TV or watching a film on the Blu ray player. From the lounge, you will enter the stunning Georgian hallway (a room in itself) with original double doors allowing light to flood in from the garden, and the fine original Georgian staircase complete with stair runner and brass stair rods. Ascend the stairs up to the galleried landing where you'll find a further three stylish and coordinated bedrooms a master king size of generous proportions with flat screen TV and washbasin vanity unit, an attractive double bedroom with built in storage, and spacious twin with a washbasin and a varied selection of books. There is also a large family bathroom featuring corner bath with shower over, WC and washbasin. Outside, the private, south facing enclosed garden wraps around the front and side of the property with two lawned areas. There is also garden furniture available to enjoy dining alfresco and a brick built charcoal BBQ for you to cook up some sizzling sensations. There is also a safe, well lit parking area reserved for guests to use directly outside the property for 4 5 vehicles..
