Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility area with washing machine. Parking permit is available to purchase (for an additional cost approx. 35 for 7 days) for a nearby car park. Beach, shops and pubs within walking distance. TV/DVD and Basic Sky package in lounge and TV in king size bedroom. Please note there is a 125 security deposit payable directly to the owner prior to your arrival.

This centrally located cottage offers stylish accommodation over three floors. On entering the property take a step down into the entrance hall and from here, the staircase leads up to the half landing where you have a double bedroom with TV and en suite shower room with WC. Heading up to the top floor you will find the kitchen/diner, separate lounge, king sized zip and link bedroom, can be made into a twin (needs to be requested at the time of booking) and bathroom with shower over roll top bath and WC. Enter the spacious lounge area, relax on the leather sofa whilst enjoying your favourite film or TV show on the Sky TV/DVD, take in the activity on the street or just put your feet up and relax in front of the wood burner effect electric fire. If you decide to stay in and cook there is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A washing machine can be found in a utility cupboard on the ground floor. Please note there is no outside space with this property.
