The dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather round for a meal, play board games and enjoy the rural views, maybe open the doors to the balcony and listen out for seagulls and birdsong. Relax on the comfortable sofas, light the wood burner for cosy nights in, catch up on the family news or watch a good film. Also on this floor is a sumptuous king size bedroom with en suite shower room and WC. There is a separate WC and access up the stairs to a single bedroom with daybed and TV, it can also be used as a TV room with fascinating views into the heart of the house.
