Next to the park is a fantastic water sports centre which offers instruction in a number of activities including windsurfing, powerboating, and stand up paddle boarding. Other attractions within easy reach of the property include the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway, the town s Victorian pier, and the South Downs National Park.
