The town is also home to a great range of independent boutiques, and has a thriving arts scene, with a number of galleries and workshops, as well a theatre. The first thing that guests will notice when they arrive at this property are the fantastic panoramic sea views which can be enjoyed from the cottage s open plan living space which comprises a lounge/kitchen/diner. There are two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed accommodation two additional guests, as well as a TV/DVD for guests to enjoy and a new wood burner. The kitchen area overlooks the lounge and is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. This is a single storey property, so both double bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower over bath, next to which is a separate WC. Outside, the property enjoys an enclosed seafront terrace with a table and chairs, and two sun loungers, providing a wonderful space from which to enjoy the sea views and the fresh sea air.
