Enjoy sea swimming, sailing, surfing and canoeing or head to the superb links golf courses using the easily accessible main road down the Llyn Peninsula that passes nearby. Visit the Maritime Museum, high profile boating events at Hafan Pwllheli Marina, Caernarfon marina and Castle, Lloyd George Museum, Criccieth Castle and National Trust Plas yn Rhiw. The cottage occupies a neighbouring site to that of St Beuno s parish church. The site is said to be that of a Celtic monastery founded by Beuno in the early 7th century that was later pillaged and burnt by both the Vikings and the Normans. Park your car and wander up the path to the porch and back door or round to the front and into the hall. Hang up your coats, take off your walking boots or sandals and start to relax.
