Conveniently positioned to offer direct walking access on to Dartmoor National Park and only a short drive from the charming South Devon stannary town of Ashburton, which hosts an excellent range of local shops and facilities. Within easy access from the property, many recreational amenities are available, such as golf, horse riding, fishing or enjoy a tour of one of the counties vineyards. Devon has much to offer any visitor, thanks to its Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and two UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
