Cartmel offers ancient buildings, an impressive medieval priory, a towering arch and a beautiful river as well as the UK s smallest National Hunt racecourse and a local brewery. Beyond the village you can enjoy numerous walks including the Arnside Morecambe Bay Walk or the walk up to Hampsfell. The vibrant town of Kendal is nearby, or you could head to Thirlmere or Grizedale Forest. This is one of a group of adjoining apartments and cottages that flank a small shared courtyard.
