The award winning Hastings Contemporary Gallery and iconic fishing huts, from where you can buy the latest catch, are a five minute stroll. The East Hill funicular railway takes you up to the spectacular views from Hastings Country Park, and a visit to Smugglers Adventure and Hastings Castle gives a flavour of Hastings past. The front door opens into an open plan lounge/kitchen with a large corner sofa, a great place to relax and unwind in front of the Smart TV/DVD and Sky Q (variety package) after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing. The stylish and well equipped kitchen is separated from the lounge by a breakfast bar and stools, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer with ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher (there is no washing machine but a nearby launderette if required). A door from the kitchen leads into the dining room which has a dining table, wooden bench and four chairs for family meals and Smart TV. Bi fold patio doors open to provide access to the balcony and offer a sense of bringing the outside in. Spiral stairs from the dining room lead down to the lower ground floor where there are two king bedrooms with ethernet access, and a shower room with shower cubicle and WC. There is underfloor heating on both the ground and lower ground floors. A further flight of stairs from the lounge lead up to the first floor where there is a king size bedroom with views over the square, single bedroom with additional single pull out bed and a spacious bathroom with a bath, large separate shower cubicle and WC. You can unload luggage from your car at the end of the path that runs outside the property, and a weekly parking permit for nearby car parks can be bought in advance on line from Hastings Borough Council for 30..
