The area is largely owned by the National Trust and there s a wealth of stunning scenery, quaint cottages and golden beaches to enjoy. This is a fantastic area for bird watching, with the Newton Pool Bird Reserve nearby. There are also plenty of opportunities in the bay for water sports, and Dunstanburgh Castle Golf Course, a traditional 18 hole course, is just a mile away in the pretty village of Embleton. On entering this charming single level converted farm building, you will find yourself in the cosy lounge. Tastefully furnished, with plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, DVD and log effect fire, this is a lovely space to relax in after a great day out exploring this fabulous area. Exploring this lovely property further, you will find the attractive and welcoming kitchen/diner. There s a delightful dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine / dryer and dishwasher. You will also find three comfy bedrooms. There s a master bedroom with king size bed, TV with Amazon Fire Stick and beautiful views out to the beach. There s also a second bedroom with a king size zip and link, which also enjoys lovely beach views. You will also find a cosy twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. From the cottage, you can enjoy magnificent uninterrupted views across Embleton Bay toward the historic Dunstanburgh Castle. At the front of the property there is a lovely grassed area, which is ideal for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun of Newton Bay. You will also find a south facing rear lawn with patio and access down to the beach. Ample parking is available for 2/3 cars in front of cottage..
