3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 quadruple bunk bedroom sleeps 4 (from January 2021 this will be changed for 2 single beds sleeps 2). 2 bathrooms; 1 bathroom with bath and WC, 1 shower room with WC. Fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine (a few pods will provided for your arrival, but you may wish to bring more), washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The grassed area at the front of property is owned by The National Trust. You are welcome to take the outdoor seating and table outside which are stored inside the property but politely ask that this is returned indoors after use.. Bed linen and towels included. Electric and electric heating included. 1 allocated parking space (for 1 large or 2 small cars). Pub and beach 0.1 mile, shop 3 miles. Single storey accommodation. TV, Games and books. Much of the area is owned by the National Trust, including the scenic coastal trail south to Cranston via Dunstanburgh Castle, which can be walked in around two hours. Low Newton itself features whitewashed old fisherman s cottages and the famous Ship Inn, which features its own micro brewery and serves delicious fare including fresh lobster from Newton Bay. Windsurf from the beach, play golf at a local course or drive to Alnwick to marvel at its Harry Potter castle. Accommodation in the three bedroom cottage is all on one level and is accessed via the back door, which leads into a large kitchen with everything you need for your break, including a dining table seating up to six, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine and dishwasher. Both the lounge and dining area look out on to the picturesque dunes; the former features two comfortable sofas, TV and a selection of games, while the latter provides a quieter space in which to unwind at a table that seats up to eight. A door from the dining room leads to a large porch at the front of the cottage, perfect for drying rain soaked clothes (this is Northumberland, so it s likely!) and wetsuits. You will love the beach vistas from the two tastefully decorated double bedrooms, while the third cosy bedroom incorporates two sets single beds. A bathroom with bath and WC is complemented by a separate shower room with WC. Outside, There is a grassy area to the front of the cottage which is part of the National Trust. You can take out table and chairs from the porch to enjoy a moment of relaxation, a morning coffee, or simply enjoying a sundowner while savouring the natural beauty before you.
