From the parking area there is a paved path leading up to the property. At the door the cottage opens up to a large open plan room from a level and easy to access entranceway. This leads on to the open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen on the ground floor. This area has comfortable two seat and three seat sofas as well as a Smart TV with Bluetooth speaker. There is a wooden dining table with chairs. The well equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a wine cooler. There is also an oven with hob and a microwave. The property can sleep up to four guests in two rooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with outside access and the second is a twin. The bathroom, which is located between the two bedrooms, contains a bath, a separate step in shower and a WC. This open plan property includes a generous wrap around decked patio area with a table and six chairs. The decking can be accessed from the open plan area and the master bedroom.
