There are also plenty of great walking and cycling routes in the area, as well as a nearby full 18 hole golf course. The market town of Alnwick, home to the gardens and the Harry Potter movie featured castle is easily accessible. The cottage is spread over two floors. The ground floor contains a lounge/diner with a TV, DVD player a large sofa, and a dining table to seat four. The lounge is also heated by a traditional wood burner. The property also contains a fully fitted kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with a WC across the hallway. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed with hair dryer and TV, as well as a twin bedroom with two single beds, also with a TV. The second bedroom also leads out to a small enclosed decking area with outdoor furniture. The family bathroom on the second floor contains a bath with shower over the bath, and underfloor heating. Wi fi included with superfast broadband. Please note pets are not allowed upstairs in this property. Outside the property, there is a small, private and enclosed patio area with furniture.
