You can take a boat trip out to the spectacular Farne Islands, home to a range of exciting wildlife including grey seals and an array of bird species including puffins. A short walk from the beach in Seahouses takes you to the quaint village of Bamburgh, with its magnificent castle, and you cross the causeway to visit the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. Inland is the vibrant market town of Alnwick, home to Alnwick Castle ad the fabulous Alnwick Garden. Set in a tranquil cul de sac, this delightful single level holiday cottage is perfect for enjoying the North East coast of England. On entering this pretty and inviting holiday cottage, you will find yourself in the spacious and tastefully furnished lounge. Complete with plenty of comfy seating, TV, DVD, CD, radio and a traditional wood burner, the light, airy and welcoming lounge is an ideal space to unwind in after a fantastic day exploring this beautiful area. Heading into the attractively designed kitchen/diner, you will find a delightful dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and toaster. Exploring this charming property further, you will find a cosy double bedroom with a large, fully tiled en suite bathroom, complete with a bath, shower cubicle and a WC. The property is accessed through the rear door in the courtyard however, there is no dedicated space or seating. The cottage has a parking permit allowing you to park in Seahouses' main car park.
