Aga oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Electric and central heating included. Parking tickets for 2 cars in local car park. Wi Fi included. Beach, pubs and shops all within walking distance. TV/DVD in lounge and kitchen. Partial road closures: 3rd July 2020. Varying floor levels.

The village has a vibrant harbour and a host of shops, pubs and eateries making this a fantastic year round holiday destination, ideal for families, walkers and wildlife enthusiasts. Tenby with its cobbled streets and golden sands is a short distance by car. There is a plethora of attractions within a short drive including Manor House Wildlife Park, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park. Nearby Manorbier, Carew and Pembroke also offer stunning castles. Enter via the main hallway where you will find a good sized king size bedroom to the left, with the first of many filled bookcases within the property. Following onto the right and into a large dining room, with seating comfortably for six and an ornamental fireplaces. Leading off the dining room you will find a shower room with shower and WC and kitchen. The kitchen has an Aga, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, this then opens into a sunny conservatory, the perfect place to relax in with a good book. Stairs from the dining room lead to the first floor, where you will find the lounge with TV/DVD and nice views of the village. There are two further bedrooms, a king size zip and link and a master bedroom with king size four poster bed and en suite shower and WC. To complete the property there is an additional bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Outside from the conservatory is a small courtyard, ideal for storing surf boards. Two parking tickets for local car park a few hundred metres away..
