Instow is a quick car ride, or in season there is a passenger ferry that can take you across the estuary to the sand dunes and restaurants over the water. The steep cobbled streets of Clovelly are well worth a visit and the nearby family attractions include The Big Sheep, Arlington Court, Dartington Crystal and The Milky Way. This is a traditional cottage, yet it is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style throughout. Stepping into the property you enter into a hallway with coat hooks and space to place walking boots, then its directly into the lounge with Smart TV and wood burner effect gas fire making this a great spot to relax on those cooler evenings. Walking through to the kitchen/diner with wood burner, this area is well equipped with all you need to cook up a feast or just a light snack, with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
