2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin . 1 bathroom. Shared lawn area to the front of the cottage. Shared children s play area, with swings, slides, football goal posts and swing ball set. Electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge . Shared utility room with coin operated washing machines and tumble dryer. Use of the shared heated 40ft outdoor swimming pool (from the last May Bank Holiday week until the 1st September. Closed outside of these dates). Electric and night storage heating included . Off road parking for 1 car . 2 dogs welcome No puppies under 6 months accepted (keep dogs on a lead at all times, as there are animals onsite). 8 other cottages on site. Shops and beach 1 mile and pub/restaurant within walking distance . TV/DVD in lounge. Charcoal BBQ. The outdoor pool will be available on a booking/rota system. Picnic tables, BBQ area and outdoor play areas will be open (only when social distancing can be adhered to). The laundry facilities are open, but will remain locked and guests will be given access after requesting the key from the owner who will disinfect once guests are finished..

Family attractions in the area include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. A little further afield is the unique village of Clovelly, RHS Rosemoor and the wonderful Exmoor National Park. This two storey cottage is set within the main courtyard of the complex with views across the front lawn. Inside there is a spacious lounge with TV/DVD. Cook a light lunch or evening meal in the kitchen which is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. A dining table with seating allows you to dine comfortably. After a day's exploring the area or swimming in the outdoor heated pool retire to one of the two bedrooms 1 double room or a bright twin bedroom. The accommodation is completed by a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Stepping outside you can relax in the shared BBQ area with picnic tables and garden chairs. The cottage is part of a complex of properties which share the outdoor 40ft swimming pool with seating, which is heated through the main summer months (from the last May Bank Holiday week until the 1st September only). There is also a communal children s play area, with swings, slides, football goal posts and swing ball set. (bats and football provided). There is also a shared utility room with coin operated commercial washing machines and tumble dryer. Surrounding the complex are 15 acres of working farmland with access to public footpaths where you can walk the dog (on lead due to cattle) or just simply admire the stunning countryside and coastline.
