Electric and electric heating included. Wood burner (which also provides supplementary radiator heating, and a first basket of logs for this is provided in April, May, October and November). Smart TV in the lounge. Enclosed cobbled uneven courtyard with seating. Please note that the neighbouring property has access over the courtyard. Roadside parking (subject to availability). 1 dog welcome (2 by arrangement). Beach, shops and pubs within walking distance. Babe in arms welcome.

Head out and explore the rest of the English Riviera which could include a drive to Kingswear where you can take the ferry across the water to popular Dartmouth, or catch the train to Exeter from nearby Paignton.
