The hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled for every booking, therefore, the water may not be up to temperature on the first evening. Private off road parking for 2 cars. With great transport links nearby you will also be within a short drive of the stunning cathedral city of Exeter and within an easy drive of popular tourist destinations of the south coast and the unspoilt villages along the northern coastline.
