3 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Communal heated indoor swimming pool free shared swimming sessions are available (subject to availability and pre booking is advised). Private sole hire of the pool is available for 30 per hour must be booked in advance.. On site snooker tables, skittle alley, squash courts and five a side all weather pitch. 2 carp fishing lakes nearby. Large outdoor children's adventure playground with zip slides. Indoor soft play area with ball ponds, climbing areas, slides and its own coffee shop available for use. Sports hall offering badminton, tennis, netball and football booking prior to stay advisable (charges apply). Electric and central heating included. Ample parking. Pub and restaurant on site, shops 2 miles. 1 of 7 properties. All bedrooms have TVs. Christmas & Boxing Day waie2play and the pool are open at designated times, however the on site pub will be closed.

The East Devon coast can be reached by a short drive to the likes of Exmouth, Sidmouth and Sandy Bay. Killerton House and Bicton Gardens are places of interest that make a great family day out. Take a short trip to the city of Exeter where visitors can shop, see the Roman wall and the ancient cathedral then relax with a meal on the quay. Inside the property, the lounge is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, Smart TV, and a Hi Fi. The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridgewith ice compartment and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single, and all of them are equipped with TVs. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and a WC.
