The sand dunes of Instow are just a short drive away along with the golden sands of Westward Ho! At night, Appledore offers a wide range of quayside eateries and family pubs. Stepping into the cottage you are greeted by a welcoming lounge with warming wood burner, Smart TV and Blu ray, a perfect place for snuggling up and watching a movie. Moving through into the kitchen/diner you will find it is well equipped for those days you decide to stay in an cook a meal, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The family bathroom completes the accommodation on this floor and offers a shower over bath and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor from the kitchen/diner there are three bedrooms, these include one king size with river views and 2 single rooms one of which opens out onto the unusually spacious garden area. Stepping outside from the small single room on the first floor there is a good size enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining.
