This is a split level room, with the open plan lounge area located on the upper section. This comfortable space has a sofa, armchairs, TV/DVD, as well as large patio doors which give access to the spacious balcony. A few steps down, bring guests to the kitchen/diner, with the dining table, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Two of the properties bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, one of which is a double, and the other, a twin room which has zip and link beds which can be made up as a double on request. The ground floor bathroom has a walk in shower and WC. The third bedroom is suitable for one guest and is located on the second floor, reached by steep cottage style stairs. There is a double bed and plenty of storage space in this delightful room. Outside, there is first floor balcony located off the lounge area, with table, chairs and sun lounger from which to enjoy the river views.
