On either side of the village are more beaches where the sand, sea and surf can be enjoyed, Woolacombe, Saunton and Putsborough being just some. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with direct access onto the South West Coast Path, from Croyde, taking you across the spectacular headland to Baggy Point, Exmoor National Park is within easy reach by car. Other attractions and places of interest nearby include the links golf course at Saunton, Barnstaple with its market and high street shops, Exmoor Zoo, Ilfracombe and Lynton and Lynmouth are also worth a visit. Stepping outside, there is a well maintained and enclosed garden surrounding the property ideal for children and dogs. A paved terraced area with garden furniture offers the chance to eat alfresco or just enjoy some late afternoon sun. There is a charcoal BBQ available. Keen surfers and beach lovers will look forward to returning to the house and use the outside hot shower, great for rinsing off wetsuits or sandy toes and paws. A further seating area with hammock makes this a fabulous spot to unwind and truly relax. The garage can be accessed from the garden and offers secure storage for surfboards, bikes and buggies.
