Upon entering the property, you find yourself in the spacious, open plan reception space, which comprises lounge seating area with Smart TV, DVD and Hi Fi, a delightful dining area, and a fully equipped fitted kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a microwave. Off of the reception room you will find the comfortable double bedroom with TV, then leading through to the en suite shower room. At the front of the property, there is an enclosed garden with a small lawn and patio area. Garden furniture and a BBQ are provided for you to make the most of the outside space.
